Delivery Cost: 
Standard delivery:
Fixed-rate of £10 standard delivery for LONDON only. 
 
Next day delivery:
Fixed-rate of £15 London delivery only. 
  • For all next day items order must be placed and confirmed by 12 pm (GMT).
  • Please be aware this only applies for small orders and specific Items such as one flavour cupcake boxes (sizes 4-12), all Muffin boxes, Bundt and loaf, cookie boxes and all types of Brownies. 
 
CELEBRATION CAKES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR NEXT DAY ORDERS. 
 
Delivery outside London:
We do not offer delivery outside London, please contact us directly if you wish to place an order for delivery outside London as we could arrange, however, rates will vary at a higher price.

Delivery and collection dates:
 
Please state on the box provided the date (DD.MM.YY) of when you would like your order to be DELIVERED or COLLECTED.
 
If your order is for an event please state the date and time (GMT) of the event, therefore, we can prioritize your order and provide an accurate delivery/pick up time slot. 
 
With all this information we can optimize our time, serve more people and maintain the high standerds we aim for. 
As a small business that works with a variety of allergens and prides themselves on safety, high standards and great service we are only able to accept a limited amount of orders weekly.
Please keep that in mind when placing an order especially in case of allergies, special requirements and personalised orders.  

/ COLLECTION SERVICE

​Collection Points and Costs
Collection at no extra cost (£0) from London areas: Camberwell SE5, Hammersmith W14, Wembley NW10.
 Next-Day Collection is available for a fixed rate of £5 for orders placed and confirmed by 12 pm (GMT) only.
Order Status
Order Status: Once the order has been processed and is ready to be packaged you will receive an email or Text message with your delivery/collection time slot and address confirmation.

/ Cancellation and Refund 

How to request a cancellation:
Please place your cancellation by contacting us at cherry-chops@hotmail.com. Please be aware we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible however a response could take up to 24 hours.
When will the cancellation be completed:
The order cancellation will only be successfully processed once the customer has received a confirmation email. 
Bank transfer and PayPal refund could take up to 7 business days.
 How does the refund process work: 
  • A refund will only be processed if the cancellation has been requested and approved within 5 days of the delivery due date.
  •  For orders under £30 Cancellation will be processed with a store credit valid for 3 months, similarly, for all orders placed with less than 5 days' notice or cancelled within 3 days of delivery, the refund will be processed as store credit.
     
  • Refunds for order over £100 will be handled accordingly and individually. However, cancelation with less than 5 days notice refund will NOT be provided.
  • All orders above £100 will automatically be charged a 10% cancellation fee
     
Next-day orders are NONE REFUNDABLE.
  • Refunds after delivery: damaged items after delivery or collection will NOT be refunded.
  • A refund will be processed if Please be aware refund will only be processed if the item was incorrect or damaged during DELIVERY and we have been made immediately aware of the issue with photo evidence. 
 
Delivery failure: 
We do not take responsibility for delivery failure caused by the customer. The customer is welcome to request a re-delivery in which case would be charged the standard delivery cost of £10 (ten pounds)  or arrange a collection. at no extra cost *subject to availability* 

/ Returns 


Please be aware returns will only be accepted if the item was incorrect or damaged during DELIVERY, we do not accept returns and do not offer a refund for items cancelled last minute, or delivery failure*. 
Return of collected orders:  We can only accept returned items if the order is incomplete or badly executed, the customer must contact the shop within 8* hours of collection to arrange a return. 
 
Please be aware, that any returns must be made within 24hrs of delivery at your own expense, complete and undamaged.
